Christopher Cat

Faculty Support - Faculty of Theology

Dr Christopher Cat is a practical theologian and pastor from the Pentecostal tradition.

Dr Cat's PhD (Awarded by Alphacrucis University College, May 2024) explored the gap between Pentecostal high expectations of divine healing and its rarity in lived experience. The research considers the psychological and pastoral impacts of care that narrowly expects divine healing as the only option.

Dr Cat is also passionately interested in eschatology, believing that Jesus' mission to bring God's Kingdom to earth is a call to righteous living and will result in the reconciliation of all creation to God in Jesus.

Dr Cat currently works as an adjunct faculty and faculty administration manager at Alphacrucis University College.
