Janette Boyle is the Director of Professional Experience in AC's School of Education. She is formerly the Head of Science and Health at Launceston Christian School Tasmania (LCS). In this role Janette had responsibility for supporting and managing all Science and Health staff (teaching and non-teaching) for Years Seven to Twelve. Janette was also involved in Curriculum Mapping and Development for the Australian Science and Health Curriculum (mapped to LCS Scope and Sequences) and providing Professional Development within her faculty, which also included regular teacher appraisal and moderation.

Janette also has prior experience in Tertiary Student Professional Experience placement both as a school mentor teacher, tertiary supervisor for AC and Teaching Performance Assessment marker for AC. She has also implemented a number a STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) programs at LCS over her years at the school including STEM Research courses in conjunction with the University of Tasmania. Janette was engaged with students in programs such as the Science and Engineering Challenge and the Australian Science Innovations Science Olympiads.
