Johnny was born in England, where he studied at London University. He worked in Special Operations as an intelligence officer for New Scotland Yard for several years and was a Crime Scene Investigator before that. Johnny moved to Australia in 2005 and started theological studies with AC (then Southern Cross College) in 2008. Johnny and his wife, Celeste, have taught Biblical Studies and Theology at AC for over 14 years.
