Katrina is the Director of Student Experience and Registrar. Katrina has a PhD in English literature, and has experience teaching literature and literacy at Sydney University and Western Sydney University. She has also worked in academic leadership and management within the residential college sector, and most recently was Education Manager in one of the Australian University of Theology affiliate colleges. She loves the formative aspect of tertiary education, and the privilege of being able to support students as they learn and grow.
Katrina's current area of research interest is in the formative impact of Christian romance novels. This research builds on her doctoral work on the role of the 18th century domestic novel in shaping ideas and cultures of femininity, and reflects her passion for education, empowering and equipping Christian women to serve God and his world.
