Michelle is the Program Director of AC’s Chaplaincy and Community Services courses. She also trains chaplaincy students at the Diploma and Certificate IV level. She has been in church ministry for over 25 years and has been a chaplain in the aged care, prisons, mental health, disaster response and funeral sectors. She is the National Director of 1800Chaplain (a national phone support service provided by professionally trained Chaplains) and has also worked with Lifeline Central West as a Domestic and Family Violence awareness trainer, a Crisis Supporter trainer, and has volunteered as a Lifeline crisis supporter. She has been the National Wellbeing Manager of Disaster Relief Australia and is a member of the Disaster Recovery Chaplaincy Network (DRCN).
