At Alphacrucis University College (AC), we believe education is about more than gaining qualifications—it's about discovering purpose and making a meaningful impact in the world. As Australia's largest Christian higher education provider, our mission is to equip students to be a light in the world, reflecting the hope and power of the cross of Christ in every sphere of life.

We're looking for a passionate, relationship-focused Future Student Advisor to join our Marketing and Future Students team. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve campaigns, student communications and recruitment initiatives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with university policies and processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Future Students team.

About You

You enjoy helping people make important life decisions and have the confidence to build rapport quickly. You're motivated by achieving goals, comfortable working with targets, and genuinely care about providing an exceptional customer experience.

You'll Bring

  • 1–2 years' experience in sales, customer service, student recruitment, telesales or a similar target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and managing prospective student conversations.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support your team.

Desirable

  • Experience in higher education or vocational education.
  • Knowledge of Australian Higher Education or Vocational Education and Training sectors.
  • Experience working with international students.
  • Qualifications or knowledge in areas such as Christian Studies, Business, Teaching or Counselling.
  • Familiarity with Alphacrucis courses and programs.

Why Join Alphacrucis?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven Christian university making a difference in students' lives.
  • Work within a supportive, collaborative and passionate team.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
