- Strengthen audience, school and course level marketing with the goal to achieve new student application and enrolment targets.
- Raise brand awareness and preference to generate new enquiries for AC courses.
- Assist in conversion of enquiries to students through events, content and campaign

Alphacrucis University College (AC) is an accredited Christian higher education provider with a reputation for excellence in training, teaching and research. AC’s main campus is in Sydney, Parramatta, with thousands of students throughout Australia and around the world, learning online or in mixed (online + Face to face) modes.

Responsibilities
- Achieving new student enquiry, application and enrolment targets each semester
- Working with the marketing team, faculty and state directors and other stakeholders to communicate unique selling points of Alphacrucis and our courses through external and owned events, campaigns and partner relations.
- EXTERNAL EVENTS: Oversee planning, sponsorships, as well as creation of event assets and materials, overall event coordination and post-event follow up. This includes high school / career expos, church events and conferences and agent events.
- INTERNAL EVENTS: Oversee planning and overall event management. This includes online information sessions, open days and graduation.
- PRINT: Support with sourcing/editing/writing and basic design for courses flyers, prospectus
- SHORT VIDEOS: Support in content development, filming and basic editing
- WEBSITE: Assist in content creation, editing, updates of webpages
- OTHER CONTENT CREATION: Assist in related content creation as required (blogs, videos, posts, reels, stories)
Required Skills and Proficiencies
- A Bachelor degree or Higher Ed Diploma would be favourable, but not essential.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with:
- Event management
- Design (design, video and publishing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva)
- Basic: Microsoft Excel, PowerBI experience favoruable
- Content management systems (Wordpress or similar)
- CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce or similar)
- Extremely well-organised to manage multiple ongoing projects, priorities and stakeholders
- An analytical mindset to understand audiences, and make sense of information and data from multiple sources to develop insights to inform marketing strategy, campaign creation and execution
- Experience in education (or a similar long-funnel, high-consideration sector) is favourable
- Understanding of education sector and the Christian community in Australia
- Exceptional people, communication and customer service skills
- Highly responsible, punctual and reliable.
