Outcomes
- Assess the various perspectives on the identity and mission of Jesus;
- Analyse the socio-historical background relevant to Jesus;
- Exegete with both the primary biblical materials and secondary literature about Jesus from a range of perspectives;
- Interpret a passage from one of the canonical gospels which addresses the identity of Jesus;
- Apply a passage of Jesus’ teaching to modern Pentecostalism.
