Outcomes
- Identify and analyse a range of chaplaincy and pastoral care theories and models with reference to commonly presenting issues;
- Assess and respond to the interpersonal and support needs of people accessing chaplaincy and pastoral care, including effective collaboration and referrals processes;
- Communicate with and promote understanding of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences;
- Reflect on personal and professional practices in relation to social and cultural diversity.
